Seizing the Summer | New Video Training Series Launched June 1

Starting June 1, Contractor University launched Seizing the Summer, a dedicated video training series built to help contractors protect margins, maximize revenue and lead stronger teams during the busiest stretch of the year.

Each release will feature Contractor University’s expert faculty sharing practical strategies contractors can put to work right away, from handling overflow demand without losing future customers to holding price, improving dispatch efficiency, preventing technician burnout, and increasing revenue without simply adding more calls.

As summer demand heats up, Seizing the Summer gives contractors a focused lineup of timely, actionable training designed to help them make the most of peak season while protecting long-term profitability.
