“Here’s the process we’re following:

Have a communication alignment meeting with all team members involved. Make sure everyone’s clear on what’s happening and why.

1. Write a project plan to action the items and changes discussed.

2. Assign roles in writing so there’s no confusion about who owns what.

3. Set a timeline — aim for 48 hours to complete initial tasks.

4. Move all data to Rehash so it’s centralized and easy to track.

5. Shift Rehash records to follow-up to keep momentum going.

6. Track and measure progress to ensure accountability and results.
