Contractor Question:
“A local business is closing and offered to sell their customer list. Do you think this is worth it and how can we work backwards to find a fair offer price?”
Contractor University Expert Response:
“For customer lists, it’s important to audit the list for valitidy. Having viable phone numbers is the most important piece of the puzzle.
Customers are much more likely to have emails they didn’t sign up for go to spam, and are not likely to read an email from a business they have not previously used. If you have a list with 500 people on it, one job would pay for itself at $10 a pop.
I hope this helps!”
