January 2023 Snapshot Report: Working Remotely: In recent years, the adoption of remote work has become increasingly popular across various industries, including the home services sector. However, the home services industry faces unique challenges when it comes to working remotely, such as the need for hands-on work and in-person customer interaction. To understand how contractors are navigating these challenges, we conducted a Snapshot Survey of contracting business owners across the country in January 2023. In this report, we present the findings of our survey and offer insights into the ways in which remote work is transforming the home services industry.
