Important COVID-19 Response Message from EGIA

I wanted to take a moment to send you a message about the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and what we are working on to help you and your business navigate this unprecedented time.

Last week, for the safety and well-being of our members, we canceled the in-person classroom workshops we had scheduled throughout the spring with the intention of replacing those events with enhanced online training that members can access from the safety and comfort of their own home or office.

Over the past week, we have been holding around-the-clock emergency meetings with our staff and all of our EGIA Contractor University faculty members to strategize and develop a comprehensive plan to provide you with the support and guidance your company will need moving forward.

Over the next few days, we will be rolling out a robust online coaching program for our EGIA members that provides timely information and new ideas for various strategies you can implement in your business to overcome the challenges presented with the novel coronavirus outbreak.

The online coaching will be conducted by our renowned Contractor University faculty and it will focus on all of the essential aspects of your business, including sales, marketing, customer service, business finances, operations and more. A handful of these new coaching videos will be provided to you each and every week as part of your EGIA membership.

Additionally, we will be conducting live online Q&A sessions with Gary Elekes, Drew Cameron and Weldon Long every week where you can dial-in and ask your specific business questions and get real-time guidance from three of the brightest minds in the industry.

Gary, Drew and Weldon are on the frontlines working with contractors across the country on a daily basis and will share the best practices and innovative ideas that they are seeing contractors implement to thrive in the face of the COVID-19 adversity.

As always, we encourage you to take every opportunity to utilize the many valuable online training resources and benefits that are included with your membership, many of which are designed to help you optimize your internal processes and reduce your overall cost of operations.

You have my personal commitment that we will do everything in our power to help your company succeed during this trying time. If there is anything else you feel we can do to help your business, please reach out to your dedicated account representative and share your input. We want your feedback so that we can deliver the programs, tools and services that you need most. That is what we are here for.

Finally, once we all overcome this temporary challenge, I look forward to sharing a celebratory toast with you in October at EPIC2020 in Las Vegas.

Until then, be safe and allow us go to work on helping your business thrive.

Respectfully,

Bruce Matulich

CEO & Executive Director
