You’ve been looking for a proven path to a stronger contracting business. You’ve worked through the trainings and sat in the conference sessions – now it’s time to bring the coaches to you.

EGIA Contractor University’s Onsite Transformation brings an experienced business coach into your business, in person, for a customized site visit. Why Onsite Transformation?

Plenty of coaching happens over a screen. The best coaching happens when someone can come to your business and deep-dive into processes, problems, and potential with you and your people.

There’s a limit to what anyone can diagnose from a Zoom call and a spreadsheet. Putting an experienced coach in your building — while calls are being booked, trucks are being dispatched, and your team is doing what it actually does — is what surfaces the real anchors holding you back, and the low-hanging fruit that’s been sitting there the whole time. Often the biggest challenge, and the biggest opportunity, isn’t the one you’ve been focused on.

How It Works

Your coach looks at the complete picture: marketing, CSRs, dispatch, sales, operations, accounting, org structure, and culture — and how all of it is working together. Or how it isn’t. The visit ends with a findings review and a prioritized action plan designed specifically for your business, owned by your managers, with real due dates attached.

Choose the Focus of Your Coaching Visit

Five Onsite Transformation tracks, each built around a different priority. Not sure where to start? Begin with the Business Deep-Dive — it covers everything.

Business Deep-Dive

The full picture. Your coach reviews every part of the operation — marketing, CSR, dispatch, sales, operations, accounting, org structure, and culture — to find what’s slowing you down and what you can act on fastest. You leave with a prioritized action plan for the whole business.

Strategic Planning

Build next year on purpose, not by luck. Your coach works with you and your leadership team to build your budget and strategic plan — and, just as important, the specific action items that bring the plan to life.

Sales Compounder

Everyone in your company affects sales, from the first CSR call to the tech at the kitchen table. Your coach reviews your full sales process and delivers hands-on training to your front-line team, so you leave with a framework for generating more revenue from the opportunities you already have.

Market Domination

A close look at every part of your marketing — customer, online and social, direct response, branding, and recruiting. You’ll see what’s been working and what hasn’t, and leave with a customized 12-month marketing plan, quarterly themes, and a way to track results.

Operational Excellence

Systems, processes, and profit. Your coach documents your current processes across the company, separates the high-value work from the time-wasters, and reviews your financials for improvement opportunities — then hands you a 90-day roadmap to a leaner, more profitable operation.

The Process: Before, During, After

Before the Visit

The work starts weeks ahead, so your coach arrives ready. Depending on the visit type, that can include an information request (financials, org chart, pricebook, key reports), an employee culture survey sent out a week ahead of time, and a leadership assessment. A discovery call roughly two weeks before the visit sets the agenda and defines what a successful visit looks like for you.

During the Visit

While onsite, your coach observes the operation in motion — sitting with CSRs and dispatch, riding along, touring the shop, sitting in on your meetings — and meets one-on-one with each of your key managers. The visit closes with a findings review and a working session where your managers build their own action items.

After the Visit

You get a written final report within 24 hours, followed by check-in calls at one week, one month, and one quarter to keep the plan on track.
