At the end of March, RAISING GOATS brought a group of ambitious home service business leaders to Scottsdale, Arizona, for an immersive kickoff experience built to help them think bigger, lead better, and operate at a higher level. Designed for contractors who want more than surface-level advice, RAISING GOATS delivered the kind of focused coaching, mentorship, and honest conversation that can create lasting change inside a business.

Led by Paul Kelly, Mark Matteson, and other respected industry trainers, RAISING GOATS challenged attendees to grow as better thinkers, implementers, operators, and leaders. Throughout the week, contractors stepped away from the daily grind to focus on solving problems, strengthening leadership, and building better businesses.
The kickoff combined classroom instruction with group exercises, discussion, reflection, and practical application. Attendees did not just hear ideas. They worked through them in real time with guidance from trainers and peers who understand the realities of running a home service business.
