A significant majority, 72%, prioritize cost-effectiveness, while 64% value ease of use. These insights emphasize the importance of balancing cost-efficiency and user-friendliness when selecting online lead generation services. Additionally, 52% of business owners consider customer reviews, indicating that reputation and social proof are vital in their decision-making process. These data suggest that contractors should do their due diligence when choosing which online lead generation platforms to use, paying special attention to existing customers’ experiences using the platform.
